Initiative 20×20 provides technical support to its partner countries in Latin America and the Caribbean to help achieve restoration (Target 2) and conservation (Target 3) goals under the Kunming-Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework.

Support may include co-developing policies for incentive-based biodiversity programs—such as payments for ecosystem services—or strengthening land use monitoring systems.

Assistance is offered through knowledge sharing, technical expertise, and peer-to-peer programs such as the Landscape Monitoring Accelerator and the Landscape Policy Accelerator.
